Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every stitch. If your DiggerApparel gear doesn’t meet your professional standards, we are here to make it right.

Return Conditions

1. 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Pristine Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tactical tags attached.

3. Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, used arm sleeves and customized/branded B2B orders are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

The Return Process

1. Initiate: Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code.

2. Label: For domestic retail returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label. A flat $8.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover return logistics.

3. Inspection: Once received at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our quality control team to inspect the gear.

Refunds & Exchanges

1. Refunds: Approved returns will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Stripe) within 5–7 business days.

2. Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for size or color swaps. We will ship your new gear as soon as the original item is scanned by the carrier.

3. Store Credit: Opt for store credit to receive a 10% bonus toward your next DiggerApparel purchase.

Defective or Damaged Gear

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., failed stitching, zipper malfunction, or incorrect safety striping), please contact us immediately at sales@diggerapparel.com with photos. We will expedite a replacement at zero cost to you.
