1. Use of the Site
You certify that you are at least 18 years old or visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian. All content on this site, including product descriptions, tactical imagery, and code, is the intellectual property of DiggerApparel.
2. Product Accuracy & Pricing
We strive for absolute accuracy in our product descriptions (GSM weights, fabric blends, and safety certifications). However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
B2B Pricing: Tiered pricing for bulk orders is subject to verification of business credentials.
3. Shipping & Delivery
DiggerApparel ships nationwide within the USA. While we provide estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers or extreme weather. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the gear is delivered to the carrier.
4. Returns & Exchanges
1. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days.
2. Customized B2B orders (branded/embroidered gear) are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
5. Limitation of Liability
DiggerApparel shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our gear is designed for industrial/tactical use; however, safety compliance remains the responsibility of the user/employer.
6. Governing Law
