Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Digger Apparel. Before ordering, we recommend reading our return and refund policy so you know what to expect if something needs to be returned.

When Can You Return a Product?

You can return a product if:

  • It’s in the same condition as when you received it — unused and with tags.

  • It’s still in the original packaging.

  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You request the return within 30 days of delivery.

We can’t accept items that are used, damaged (unless it arrived that way), or missing parts.

What You Can Return

We accept returns if:

  • The product arrived broken, defective, or not as described.

  • It’s incomplete or has missing parts.

  • You simply don’t want the item anymore (but it must meet the return conditions above).

⚠️ If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may not be able to help with damage reported later.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives and we inspect it, we’ll let you know by email. If everything checks out, we’ll send your refund back to your original payment method.

Didn’t Get Your Refund Yet?

If it’s been a few days and you still don’t see your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your bank — sometimes it takes a few days to process.

  3. Still need help? Reach out to us directly.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale can’t be refunded. Only regular-priced items qualify for returns.

If we made a pricing error, we’ll contact you. If we can’t reach you, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged item and need the same one replaced, we’ll be happy to help. Just call or email us. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of replacement items, although we usually ship them sooner.

Shipping Costs

You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and they’ll be deducted from your refund.

Deposits

We typically don’t ask for deposits unless you’re requesting a custom product or special delivery. If a deposit is required, it won’t be refundable — especially if you cancel after the product has been shipped or refuse to accept delivery.
